Tips of Orgasm: Try This & Report Back

Try this. I know some of you have already but for those who haven't it just blow your minds.

THE TECHNIQUE

Quick Backgrounder
The G&A Spot(s) are a bunch of nerve clusters which trigger endorphines (natural painkillers) during child birth. These nerve concentrations are below the surface and protected. The clit is not protected and the nerves are right on the surface. Any guy who tries to handle a clit roughly usually gets a heel up the side of his head. The GSpot is different. Once it has been triggered you can NOT treat it like a clit. Beat it up! Guys have been taught to be gentle with "that " area. Yes for the clit. NO for the G&A's.

Basic Technique ideas:
#1: Make sure she goes for a tinkle (urinates) just prior to this. The best way to “experiment ” is for the woman to relax over a bunch of pillows, face down, bum up in the air and legs comfortably wide apart. In that position with her guy either at the side, straddling one leg or sort of in the middle, the best way is with his thumb - inserted and pointing down towards the bed. If you press the thumb into the vagina until the heel of the thumb is pressing into her lips the GSpot will be right under the fat part at the end of your thumb. It’s no harder to find than that. It is a small bump roughly the same size as that fat part at the end of your thumb too so it feels a little like there’s another thumb pressing back. (ALL women have this - all women may not react the same way)

Start to rub it. You can rub like you’re trying to get a spot out - back and forth or sideways or in a circular motion - it doesn’t matter. DO NOT do it too hard at first but once it puffs up and gets a little hard, that's when you can get rough with it. She'll feel like she has to go for a pee about then. Ignore her. Hold her down. Tell her to go ahead. Ladies you aren't going to pee. It just comes from some kind of build-up and "about to release" feeling. Just hang on and tell him harder or faster to increase that feeling. The first time or two it takes a few minutes.

Once you've done it a few times you can usually get the first orgasm in under two minutes - no matter what and then repeats every 30 seconds to a minute for as long as she can stand it. An average night means between 8 and 15 giant "O's". A marathon brings between 35 and 50 !!! Trouble walking the next day but Man) Man is it worth the shakes the next day.

#2 is: when you've triggered an orgasm, wait about 30 seconds, maybe a minute (no more)and then start again. Just as hard. Right away. It'll happen over and over as many times as you repeat it. DO NOT BE GENTLE !!

Depending on what kind of shape she’s in, a slightly longer wait between orgasms is wise(ie. let her start to breathe again). My friends described those orgasms as like being hit by a train. It seems to involve the entire body. If they’ve never had a GSpot orgasm they are going to be amazed. When you do it to them again and again they will be astounded.
At that point an option that they all seem to enjoy is once she knows “that feel” she can climb on and ride you and position herself so that the end of your erection is hitting the same spot your thumb was hitting. She can then have a huge orgasm about every 10 to 20 downstrokes and keep that up until she melts or passes out. Then it’s time to cuddle.

One word of warning, guys, NEVER have her squat over your face, suck her clit and poke her GSPOT with your fingers. She will cum so hard and her pelvic thrusts will be so out of control that she will BREAK YOUR NOSE. Trust me on this. To combine the two (oral on the clit AND Gspot) she should be on her back and your face should be sideways to her.

Let me know if and / or how it worked for you.

Reaksi seorang peguam terhadap Menteri melarang bersedekah!

Selepas Menteri Kementerian Persekutuan mengharamkam SOup Kitchen untuk memberi makanan percuma kepada orang gelandangan. Berikut reaksi Izzati Rahman, seorang peguam di Malaysia. Saya begitu menghormati pandangan dan usaha beliau. I wish I could do the same. Helping people!

Bacalah...

I am not a veteran volunteer, but I have had a fair share of experience volunteering at various soup kitchens across Kuala Lumpur since I was 16. This is my humble opinion and is not linked to any organisations that I have volunteered with.

From cutting onions to packing food to distributing food in the soup kitchen, we have never been paid. Most soup kitchens receive monetary donation or food donation from various sponsors, be it an individual, company or food operator. Each soup kitchen has their location of distribution (sometimes 3/4 a night) and it is almost at the same spot every time they are on duty. Faces change among volunteers, some regular, some not. Same goes to those who come for food, some are regulars, some are not.

You see, not all of the people who come for soup kitchens are homeless. Some of them are, but a big number of them are people suffering from poverty. Extremely small income earners who cannot afford to feed their family, single mothers who have worked double shift on minimum wage and is unable to provide food for their children, and also old people who are not being cared after. People who have so little to live on, but with many many mouths to feed. Those are the people who line up day after day.

Do we feed the homeless, the drug users and sex workers? Yes we do. The raunchy looking guy with bloodshot red eyes? Yes we do. The man who smells like booze hardly able to stand straight while queueing? Yes we do. The man who pushes a stolen trolly from Giant with all his things inside? Yes we do. But we do not discriminate, we feed because they are hungry and because getting food is a problem for them.

Now, Dato Seri Tengku Adnan said in his statement, "We give them jobs but they don’t want as it is easy to get food as these street kitchens are feeding them". Putrajaya created a plan to give jobs to the jobless, and not specifically jobs for the homeless. Half of the homeless people do not even have proper identification as they are born out of prostitution, poverty, or is mentally unstable and unfit to find an occupation. Now Dato', I am pretty sure you have never gone down to the streets to volunteer, so let me give you a little introduction. Soup kitchens in Malaysia are not a walk-in-for-free KFC where it is open 24 hours for you to come in anytime you like, place your order and walk away with hot delicious food. Most soup kitchens only operate at night because volunteers have a day job. Then there's the weather, and the queue to take food, and trust me Dato', it is not the gourmet food you are fed with your entire life. Its basic food, just to beat the hunger. So those who come for food, can only come once a day, walk to the area of distribution, bear with the weather and queue just to get basic food. Easy? No Dato'. Its not.

By following your logic, we should ban free food for buka puasa at Masjids, because free food breeds homelessness. We should ban Langar meals at Gudhwaras and temples giving free vegetarian lunch, because we will breed homelessness. We should probably ban Ministers lavish open houses during festive seasons (which are paid by us, the rakyat btw), because that too will breed homelessness. Go ahead, ban them.

Another statement I find to be a bit out of hand is that, volunteer soup kitchens cause garbage infested scenes. Again, Dato, this is not a restaurant where we open tables and serve food under the romantic streetlights of "your" city. Most of the food are packed and given to them where they would go to other places and eat. Either at home, or if they are homeless, wherever they seek shelter. Most don't eat at the location because there is no space due to the queue and also due to the other services a soup kitchen provide, like a mobile clinic or a free haircutting service. In every soup kitchen, there will be volunteers who will be in charge of the location and queue to ensure that people don't mess the area up or create a scene. Guess what, some of them even clean after the place too, even when the litter was there before the soup kitchen came.

Its funny how you say soup kitchens cause the garbage. Let me ask you, Dato, have you ever been to a pasar malam or pasar ramadhan? Where people dump garbage as they walk, after they buy food and after they sell their goods? Have you ever walked on a street the morning after a pasar malam? Its infested with garbage, plastic wrappers. Oh go shut them down too, why not.

Do you know why the rakyat is so unhappy with this ban? Well first of all, it is not your city, it is ours. We paid you to run it. Secondly, is because this shows what your priority is, which is image over welfare. Orang melayu kata, biar papa asalkan bergaya, mungkin itulah pegangan hidup Dato. And thirdly, is because we know how it is like to fall. Sometimes, life pulls the carpet under you and you crash with everything around you, and you need help to get up. There is no shame in asking for help, but there is great shame when you are so arrogant, you stop others from seeking help. You may be blessed today, you drive your fancy car, live in your big house and eat delicious food all day everyday. But like those who queues up for free food, they did not ask for that moment when their life turned upside down. And lastly, is because, we, the volunteers/donors, take it upon ourselves to settle a problem that should have been YOUR responsibility. But in our mission, you ban us?

I sincerely hope you learn a few lessons on humility before life teaches you the hard way. There's no shame in wanting to erase poverty and homelessness. In fact I think its noble. But there is shame in condemning others, just because life is a little harsh on them.

I hope you reconsider. But nonetheless, I know the NGOs will not let your ruling stop them, because they are the heroes. They have always been the heroes.

Thank you.

Jericho & Kim Wedding:: A conversation.

Jericho Rosales and Kim Jones talk about how their beautiful love story started, best described by the cliché ‘two right people meeting at the right time and at the right place’

“Jackpot!”

In one word, Jericho “Echo” Rosales eloquently summed up his feeling about his engagement to Fil-Brit model/TV host Kim Jones, his girlfriend of more than two years. The proposal was dramatized at the end of the service Sunday last week at the New Life Christian Center to which the Born-Again sweethearts belong.

The theme of that Sunday’s worship was Jesus is…Unli-Love and Echo capped the event by asking Pastor Jeric Soriano if he could go onstage to express his message of love, starting by saying that he could never explain why Jesus would choose to die for a sinner like him, asking, “Why me?”

Sunday, Aug. 4, happened to be Kim’s birthday. Turning to Kim, Echo said, “Will you marry me?” Of course, Kim said yes, announcing on her Twitter how Echo made her the happiest lady in the world, screaming, “I’m engaaaagggeeedddd!!!” Trumpeted Echo on his Twitter, “God is amazing! Yeeeeehaaaa!”

For this Conversation last Thursday at Annabel’s restaurant on Tomas Morato (Quezon City), Kim arrived ahead and decided to stay in her car while waiting for Echo who was coming from ABS-CBN where he guest-hosted It’s Showtime. They entered the resto together, Echo’s arm around Kim’s hips. They looked very much in love, their eyes often locked in each other while they finished their late lunch, short of spooning each other food. After the interview, they would rush to Echo’s place for their Thursday Bible study.

They both wore white (not deliberate, “Nagkataon lang,” said Echo). Yes, Kim was proudly wearing their engagement ring, fondly touching and keeping it in place every now and then. Asked how many carats the ring was, Kim was clueless, “I don’t know; he didn’t tell me. I don’t want to know.” And how much did it cost? “Secret?” Echo smiled, his dimples digging into his cheeks. “I bought it in Israel.”

Hardly wearing any make-up and pretty in casuals, Kim exuded an infectious aura that made everybody around her feel good. She’s beautiful inside out, no wonder Echo felt incredulously lucky — you know, “Jackpot!” Oh well, you would understand if Echo went around singing, “Me and Miss Jones, we have a thing going on!” And what a “thing’” it is! (A big “bonus” after he has won three Best Actor trophies for Alagwa.)
Kim was born in England to a British father and half-Filipina mother (who is part-Spanish/part-Chinese) and grew up in Adelaide, Australia, where she studied Architecture (under graduate). In 2010, urged by her model-brother Apollo Jones to try it here, Kim came for a five-week look-see, liked it here, went back to Adelaide and sold everything, then returned for good (“On a one-way ticket,” Echo aptly put it). And then she met Echo. “Modeling and doing TV have always been something I wanted to do,” added Kim who is an exclusive Solar TV artist, “something I wanted to explore.”
As the cliché goes, they are two right people (both “not committed”) meeting at the right place at the right time.

How did you meet?

Kim: It was at a dinner at Rockwell hosted by a make-up artist who’s Echo’s and my mutual friend. Dominic (Ochoa) and his wife were there. And several children, too.

Echo: When I arrived, I started cracking jokes with the children but Kim wasn’t laughing. It turned out that hindi pa-gets ni Kim ang Filipino comedy.

Kim: Filipino humor is very different from Australian humor. My Australian was thick. He didn’t understand me and I didn’t understand him.

Echo: May communication gap kami, hehehehe!

What first attracted you to each other?

Echo: Her eyes. Actually, before that dinner, I saved on my iPad her photos which my friend sent me. My friend was trying to set us up kasi. When I looked at the pictures, I exclaimed, “Oh my God, she’s so beautiful!” I saved two photos. So when the invitation to dinner came, punta kaagad ako.”

Kim (Joking, addressing Echo): And what was it that you saw in my eyes?

Echo: Her eyes are very caring. Besides her eyes, what I like about her is that magaan siyang kasama. Even at first meeting, you feel comfortable with her, you won’t feel awkward.

Kim: He’s a bit noisy so you can feel his presence at once. He’s super annoying but lovably so. As soon as he entered the room, you could at once feel his presence. He said “Hello!” to everyone and talked to everyone.

How soon after that did the courtship start?

Echo: It took two months before we saw each other again. I don’t know why. Kim hasn’t told me the truth up to now.

Kim (Blushing a bit): The truth is that I shied away from dating an actor. I wasn’t scared, because after our first meeting I felt that we had already started a friendship. I was just, you know…Dating was something else. You see, I’m a small-town girl at heart and it’s understandable, isn’t it?

Echo (Laughing): On our first date, I spilled beer on her dress. Dyahe!!!
Kim: When we met again, he gave me a CD of classical music. I remembered having mentioned in passing during our first meeting that I liked classical music. It turned out that he had several classical songs recorded and kept the CD for two months. More than 101 of them.

Echo: We talked about music at that time. She asked me, “How do you get your music?” I said, “I buy CDs,” and she laughed at me. I didn’t have any idea kasi what iTunes was and what music blogging was. She’s advanced. She gave me songs na after a year pa lang sumikat dito.

Aside from music, what else do you have in common?

Echo: Sport. We both love outdoor activities like surfing.

Kim: He taught me how to surf. We go for the same kind of movies.

Echo: And the same kind of food.

Do you ever disagree on anything?

Echo: Architecture and fashion.

Kim: I style for him.

Echo: Feeling ko lang, she knows me very well. She’s the best person to help me style myself.

Speaking of knowing each other, I suppose you have known each other well enough for you to have decided to get married.

Kim: We had been talking about marriage for a while. We wouldn’t have gone into a relationship if we didn’t know that it would go somewhere. Oh by the way, it took eight months before I said “Yes” to him.

Echo: She really gave me a hard time, hehehehe! It was good because I also wanted to make sure. Me kasi, I have had several relationships (Among his exes were Kristine Hermosa, now Mrs. Oyo Sotto; Heart Evangelista, now the girlfriend of Sen. Chiz Escudero; and Cesca Litton, the TV host. — RFL) You know, before I met Kim, I was trying to decide na to live abroad.

Kim: We waited that long before we were careful. I mean, how often do you meet a guy who would really take the time to get to know you and everything…on a personal level. You know what I mean? Like most Filipino guys, he’s very chivalrous. He would open doors for me, pull a chair for me to sit on it and he even carries my bag when I get mad at him, hehehehe!

Have you met each other’s families?

Kim: Oh yes, we did.

Echo: Magkakasundo naman sila.

(To Kim): Were you surprised by Echo’s very public proposal?

Kim: I was taken aback! I thought he was just going to wish me happy birthday. (Kim is a Leo and Echo is a Virgo, born in September.) At first, I was speechless!

Echo: I’d been rehearsing that proposal the night before.

Do you have LQs (Lovers’ Quarrels) like any other couple, and how do you usually make up?

Kim: It happens when I become stubborn sometimes, hehehehe! He has a way of putting me in the right mood. He’s thoughtful. He would text me “Good morning!” and “Good night!”

Echo: When she became my girlfriend, I promised that I would take good care of her. Kung ano ang needs niya, I make sure na maibibigay ko sa kanya. Nagpa-practise na ako maging husband niya.

You plan to have a beach wedding (no date set yet). Will it be a big affair?

Kim: It might be. My folks will be coming from Australia.

Echo: We have many friends to invite. It would be a good idea to go surfing after we exchange “I do’s,” di ba? So our surfer-friends should be there. I hope there won’t be big waves at that time, hehehehe!

How many children do you plan to have?

Kim: Many! (She has only two siblings.)

Echo: As many as my siblings. I have around 10, including half siblings from both my mother’s side and my father’s side.

And what’s the best wedding gift that you would give each other?

Kim: Myself.

Echo: Well, myself. And a lifelong assurance that I’d be faithful to her and I will take care of her for the rest of our life together.

What about your honeymoon?

Kim (Joking): My favorite part, hehehehe!

Echo: I’m already saving up for it.

Kim: A road trip in the countryside in Europe would be nice.

Echo: Or holiday in Paris.
