Biskut Sarang Semut

Bahan-bahan ( 80 )
250g butter
100g gula halus
350g tepung gandum (diayak)
100g tepung jagung (diayak)
1 biji kuning telur
1 s/teh esen vanilla
Chocolate rice/manik untuk hiasan

Cara-cara:

1. Pukul kembang butter dan gula
2. Masukkan kuning telur dan esen vanilla dan gaul rata
3. Masukkan tepung dan gaul rata
4. Parutkan adunan kedalam mangkuk kecil dan sudukan kedalam paper-cup
5. Taburkan coklat rice dan manik gula kecil. Bakar dalam oven dgn suhu 180’C sampai masak (anggaran 15 minit)
6. Sejukkan dan simpan dalam bekas kedap udara

Bahan topping:

160 gm mentega
160 gm tepung gandum
60 gm gula aising
60 gm tepung gandum
2 sudu kecil pes strawberi 250 gm mentega
60 gm gula aising
220 gm tepung gandum
240 gm tepung jagung
1 sudu kecil esen vanila

Cara:

1. Pukul mentega dan gula hingga kembang.
2. Masukkan tepung dan gaul sebati hingga manjadi doh. Canai dan terap.
3. Untuk topping, pukul mentega dan gula hingga sebati.
4. Masukkan pes strawberi dan tepung.
5. Uli hingga menjadi doh lembut.
6. Masukkan ke dalam nozel dan picitkan ke atas doh yang sudah diterap tadi.

Here's a factoid that will blow your mind: the Burj Khalifa—the largest building in the world - is so tall that you can watch the sunset from the base of the building, get into an elevator right to the top, and watch the sunset all over again.

In fact, if you are a Muslim living on top of the Burj Khalifa, you will have to fast longer during Ramadan because of this time difference: about three minutes between the time of the sunset on the ground and the sunset on the top.

You can experience this from every tall structure, however, provided that you have a fast-enough way to reach the top. You can even get the same effect on a calm day at the beach, with no help at all. First, lie down on the sand looking at the horizon. When the Sun completely disappears, jump as fast as you can. You will be able to see the end of the sunset once again.

The longest the structure and the fastest you can get to the top, the longer you will be able to enjoy the second sunset. This happens because the Earth is curved and, by sticking out perpendicular to its curvature, you will be able to see more of what lies behind the horizon.

Madonna's son, Rocco, makes stage debut on 'MDNA' tour

Madonna's daughter Lourdes Ciccone may be the one who got to sing on her mom's latest album, but it was son Rocco Ritchie who got a part in the Material Mother's stage show.

As Madonna kicked off her "MDNA" tour last night in Tel Aviv, Israel, Rocco Ritchie -- the singer's son with ex-husband Guy Ritchie -- got several extended cameos. More than 35,000 fans saw the 11-year-old make his stage debut.

Ritchie first appeared onstage dancing with his mom, wearing a "Search & Destroy" T-shirt with black jeans. He smiled big as he danced and clapped, showing off red braces that matched his suspenders.

Soon after, Ritchie appeared in a priest costume, swaying with a gospel choir of back-up dancers twice his size.

Finally, Rocco put on a blue sequined shirt and a pair of orange headphones and danced as his mother DJed from a podium behind him.

Before last night's show, reports had circulated that 15-year-old Ciccone would be appearing on stage with her mom, with whom she collaborates on the fashion line Material Girl. It was unclear if Ciccone was sick or if she opted to passed the honor on to her younger brother as she appeared as a dancer on Madonna's "Sticky & Sweet" tour in 2009.

Madonna has been criticized for kicking off her tour in Israel. The songstress explained the move last night onstage.

“I chose to start my world tour in Israel for a special and important reason,” she said. “You can’t be a fan of mine and not want peace in the world. People of all walks of life, we’re all sons and daughters of the universe and human beings. We all bleed the same color. We all want to love and be loved. It’s easy to say, ‘I want peace,’ it’s another thing to do it.”

Hip-hip, Hoore!! 

Semalam kali kedua aku tengok movie nih kat KLCC. Kenapa sampai dua kali?? Haaa~ Korang mesti tengok sendiri. Dan ini sedikit review mengenai ini movie (eh! tatabahasa) <> filem ini.

Filem ini merupakan sesuatu yg baru bagi aku "sebuah filem muzikal, MELAYU" Yeahh! Tribute kepada Allahyarham Dato Sudirman Hj Arshad. Rendition lagu-lagu sudirman yang segar membawa kita kembali ke zaman kegemilangan Sudirman ketika dulu yg mengharumkan nama Malaysia di rantau Asia Pasifik.

Gandingan nyanyian pelakon baru dan lama begitu lunak dan merdu. Terkadang aku sendiri pun terbawa-bawa menyanyi bersama ketika menonton. Selepas ini, aku berani katakan, lagu-lagu Sudirman menjadi TOP LIST aku ketika berkaraoke nanti. Lalalala~

Kalo kamu mahu mendapatkan CD/VCD lagu-lagu dalam filem ini bolehnya kiranya ke kedai SPEEDY yang berdekatan. Yang original sahaja ye! Dengarlah suara alunan Akim, Nurfarah, dan yg penting, Ibu Fauziah Nawi dan Harun Salim Bachik yg mahal tuh. Chewaahhh, promote lebih nih. Aku dapat royalti ke? Takdelah. Hehe!

Pengisian filem yg tidak bercelaru dan tersusun. Mesej yg disampaikan begitu kuat sekali. Menggegar emosi.  Aku pun sedih taww~! (-,-) Nasib baik lah airmata jantan aku tak berlinang kan. Segan sehh. Haha! Kalo kamu peminat filem-filem Allahyarham Yasmin Ahmad, filem ini kamu mesti tengok gak. 

Lawak yang ada pun tidak murah. Bertepatan. Kitorang gelak sakan jer. LOL! 

Apa yg buat aku respek sangat ialah kehebatan pelakon-pelakon veteran tetap terbaik! Bakat mereka masih belum malap. Patut menjadi role model kepada pelakon baru.

Yg paling best sekali masa semua menari ramai-ramai dengan lagu 'Balik Kampung'. Salut!!!! Sangat kelakar dan menghiburkan.

Sedikit kritikan. Aku nih mata sangat tajam. Peluh pelakon pun boleh nampak. Setiap scene kalo gerakan tangan beza dengan shot sebelumnya, aku boleh perasan babe. Lip sync masih boleh diperbaiki. Boleh dah tuh. Tak macam filem melayu lain - suara lain bibir entah menjuih kemana. Ini yg selalu menjadi kelemahan filem melayu. Dan ada beberapa customer komplen kat aku (#PerluMention-aku keja wayang babe) tajuk filem ini agak ke-Makcik makcik-an. Walaupun penat aku promote kat makcik makcik. "Best citer nih" "Terbaik" Haha! Aku rasa, pada pandangan aku lah kan, title dia lebih sesuai dengan - "Salam Terakhir"

Apapun, marilah kita bergembira sama-sama kat panggung hujung minggu nih. Nyanyi tepuk tangan sama-sama kat dalam panggung pun lagi best! Semoga filem ini bertahan sampai minggu yg seterusnya. Pada hemat aku sejak kerja wayang nih, filem melayu hanya bertahan dua minggu je. Yg 3 hari je pun ade - Belukar! 

Jadi moh le kiter ye. Aku nih filem melayu boleh katakan tak penah tengok (selain trailers), Ombak Rindu pun aku tak tengok tau! Tapi ini sesuatu yg baru bagi aku lah. Ini baru lah movie babe! Yeahh.. Tahniah kepada semua krew dan pelakon nyer. Akim, Kylla, Adibah Noor, Mohd Faiz dan ramai lagi.

Jika kamu mem-follow aku di twitter, kemaren aku banyak quote daripada skrip movie nih. Sangat menarik!! Dan ada juga followers aku yang re-tweet, dan followers kepada dia re-tweet lagi sekali. Hahaha... Aku suke! Ko suke?

Dont just tweets on twitter, pay your debt!

Whoever said life is easy, obviously had way too much to drink that day.

We work, we struggle, we get up and we try because that’s what it’s all about. Sometimes we get it right, we pull through and after all of the fights, prayers and tears we finally make it on top.

Unfortunately the ending doesn’t always finish with a happily ever after, well not for most at least, sometimes the higher you climb the harder you fall. And when that bitch of a curve ball comes to knock you down, you feel it!

But it happens, to everyone, some more than others, but It happens!

You struggle to breath, light becomes dark, your world can literally crumble and you just want to sit alone, isolated in the still cold dark and seize to exist…

For the very lucky few and I mean really lucky, this is just the beginning. Even In the dark you hear the footsteps, you feel the warm hand on your shoulder and eventually that someone helps you up, dusts you off and reminds you that you will always matter and that you are amazing.

They slowly nurse you back to health with kind words, support and companionship. And sometimes that’s what it all boils down to… Support! Be it from a work college who sides with your beliefs or a friend who’s always got your back and for some it’s the family who love you no matter what, we are not built to be alone!

The world has changed and it always will but no matter what happens, having that Husband, Girlfriend, Mother or BFF makes all the bad stuff worth it. And that doesn’t make you weak or incompetent it makes you human.

I recently helped with a charity for Orphanage; I donated some stuff and painted faces. To me I felt a bit useless coz I didn’t do anything grand or life changing, until I realized that to me it may not have been huge but to someone with nothing it meant a lot.

I don’t know when it became uncool to care about others or help an old lady across the street but reading twitter, magazines even hearing general conversation the world has become obsessed with negativity, bullying and tearing people down all the time, it’s disgusting!!!!

When did people become the curve balls and forget about support?

For all you know, that girl dresses differently because it makes her happy, That guy may be quiet and withdrawn coz he’s dealing with the loss of his father and that woman you just screwed over for a promotion had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago.

Naturally people have pain and hurt its part of life but why would you want to cause that for someone?

If we are not going help each other out then who will, so don’t expect it if you’re not doing it.

So in the spirit of Life and just general compassion I urge you all to at least think about what I’m about to say;

If you have the opportunity to help someone, what type of person would you be to turn a blind eye?

Rich or poor, some people do not have support, some don’t have anything, not even hope! Just a small act of kindness can mean the world to someone, even a stranger and you will be a better person for it.
